John Overdeck, Co-Chairman. John was formerly Managing Director at D. E. Shaw & Co. He has an educational background in statistics and extensive experience in the development of computer-driven, model-based trading systems.

David Siegel, Co-Chairman. David was formerly Chief Information Officer and Managing Director at Tudor Investment Corporation. He has an educational background in computer science and extensive experience in the development of computer-driven, model-based trading systems.

Mark Pickard, President Emeritus. Mark served as President of Two Sigma Investments from its inception until his retirement in June 2006.
