Amar Doshi

Amar is a Senior Principal at Two Sigma Impact. Amar comes to Two Sigma Impact from H.I.G. Capital, where he led consumer sector investing and supported investment efforts in other verticals for the firm’s Middle Market private equity group. Prior to H.I.G. Capital, Amar was a global private equity, structured equity, and credit investor at Centerbridge Partners and a private equity professional at Bain Capital. He has served on the boards of several companies including Heartland Food Products Group, P.F. Chang’s, True Food Kitchen, Billabong, Pei Wei, and CraftWorks Restaurants & Breweries. Prior to entering principal investing, Amar was a strategy consultant at Bain & Company. Amar earned an M.B.A. from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and a B.S. in engineering from Columbia University.
