Ann Ruble

Operating Partner

Ann is an Operating Partner at Two Sigma Impact. Ann joined Two Sigma in 2001. She has spent her career focused on building human capital capabilities across high-growth finance and technology companies. Prior to her current role, Ann served as an Operating Partner for Two Sigma Ventures. In that role, she has helped design and build both leadership and talent capabilities to accelerate the growth and success of portfolio companies. Prior to Two Sigma Ventures, Ann served as a Managing Director at Two Sigma and the founding Head of Human Resources. She played a key role in shaping Two Sigma’s organization as it grew from a start up to the business it is today. Ann began her career at D. E. Shaw & Co after earning a master’s degree in counseling from New York University and a B.A. in psychology from Dartmouth College.
