Madison Kendall

Madison Kendall joined Two Sigma in July 2025 as an Associate for Two Sigma Real Estate. Ms. Kendall is responsible for underwriting deals, preparing Investment Committee Memos, and providing execution support throughout the investment process. Prior to joining Two Sigma, Ms. Kendall began her career at Blackstone, where she most recently served as an Associate on the Real Estate Private Equity Acquisitions Team. In this role, she was responsible for underwriting investment opportunities across various asset classes including industrial, multifamily, data centers, and hospitality/gaming throughout the U.S. Ms. Kendall is a graduate of the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
