Jeremy Rossman

Jeremy Rossman joined in 2013 and serves as legal counsel. He is responsible for overseeing Sightway Capital’s legal and regulatory functions and plays a key role in structuring, negotiating and executing Sightway Capital’s investments and material transactions involving Sightway Capital’s portfolio companies. Prior to joining, Jeremy was a senior associate at Debevoise & Plimpton LLP, where he advised public and private corporate clients and private investment firms on a broad range of transactional, compliance and governance matters. He led representations involving mergers and acquisitions, private equity investments, club and teaming arrangements, joint ventures and strategic alliances, PIPE investments, restructurings and reorganizations in the U.S. and abroad. Previously, he was a business analyst at McKinsey & Company, where he advised executive teams on strategic and operational initiatives with a particular focus on the entertainment and media industry. Jeremy has also served as an associate business director at The Point Community Development Corporation, driving the launch and development of a business resource center and legal clinic for local artists and arts-related entrepreneurs. Jeremy holds a J.D. from Yale Law School and a B.A. in Economics and Public Policy Studies from Duke University.
