Marcus Friedman
Head of Transactional Advisory
Marcus Friedman joined in early 2018 and serves as the Head of Transactional Advisory for Sightway Capital. He is responsible for the legal oversight of Sightway Capital’s strategic and portfolio transactions and plays a key leadership role in strategic and portfolio transaction negotiations, processes and execution. Prior to joining, Marcus was an attorney at Ropes & Gray LLP focusing on private equity, distressed investing and special situations transactions. Marcus has a J.D. from Brooklyn Law School and a B.A. in Anthropology from New York University.
