Nick Catalano

Nick Catalano joined Two Sigma in November 2024 as an Associate for Two Sigma Real Estate. He is responsible for underwriting deals, preparing Investment Committee memos, and providing execution support throughout the investment process. Prior to joining Two Sigma, Mr. Catalano started his career at Blackstone, where he most recently served as an Associate in the Real Estate group. In this role, he was responsible for asset management within the office sector, including evaluating sales, recapitalizations and loan restructurings, with additional involvement in research and portfolio management across other asset classes. Mr. Catalano is a graduate of the University of Missouri.
