We’re at the Grace Hopper Celebration of Women in Computing

We believe in the Anita Borg Institute’s mission – helping increase the number of women able to grow their careers and make significant contributions in technical fields.

If you’re attending this year’s Grace Hopper Celebration for Women in Computing, please come visit us at booth 1411. We look forward to meeting you.

Interested in function as a service? Our Xianjin Zhu, PhD is presenting, “Function as a Service: Easy Scaling with Minimal Operational Overhead” on Friday, October 21st.

Her talk will introduce a new architecture style: Function-as-a-Service. We discuss the use cases and design of a Function-as-a-Service platform that automatically manages the life cycle of services to effectively handle unpredictable traffic loads in a cost efficient way. This platform helps us to scale services, optimize resource utilization and significantly reduce operational burden.

We are focused on a number of initiatives to increase and promote diversity and inclusion.
