In partnership with the NeuroLeadership Institute, we developed an interactive and research-based workshop.

The Inclusive Actions Workshop focuses on unconscious bias and microaggression, and leaves employees with concrete actions they can take toward building a more inclusive workplace.

Employee Resource Groups

We have four Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) that build internal communities focused on promoting allyship, mentorship, and inclusivity across the company.
