During a typical day in Houston, you can find our teams working to solve the toughest challenges in Financial Sciences, joining a technical lecture, participating in an employee resource group meeting, or attending a trivia and board game night.

  • Inside the Office

    Our office space provides a 360 degree view of Houston with floor to ceiling windows that overlook Houston. In our office, you’ll find a mix of open space seating and offices, a coffee bar kitchenette, pantries stocked with fresh fruit, protein bars, spa water and much more, plus collaboration areas, a gaming space and a Hacker Lab.

  • Outside the Office

    Located in the heart of downtown Houston, our office is within walking distance of the Toyota Center, Minute Maid Park, Discovery Green and the George R Brown Convention Center. You’ll also find our employees out in the community volunteering at places like the Annual Houston Rodeo Run and Houston Food Bank.

Hybrid Work Policy

We take a thoughtful approach to our in-person work and are intentional about our time together in the office. Our current policy promotes flexibility and collaboration while being responsive to business needs. We generally ask people to be in the office at least 5 days per month. Our offices are always available for use, employees can choose to go in as frequently as they’d like.

Snacks for days

Our kitchens on every floor of our offices are fully stocked with snacks and drinks, and offer space to brainstorm or take a break.

Fitness programs

Two Sigma offices have onsite gyms and we provide multiple wellness classes a week, from boot camp to yoga, with digital options for those working remote.

Support for parents

Following parental leave, new parents receive additional paid time off to spend time with their growing families. We also partner with Bright Horizons in the US to provide back-up childcare and low cost in-home care.

Mindfulness and meditation

All employees and dependents have access to confidential, free counseling. We've also partnered with Headspace to provide meditation and mindfulness training, which has been shown to reduce stress and increase focus.

We know that our employees are passionate about many causes and like to give back. Whether donating funds or time, Two Sigma helps to amplify employee donations through a charity matching program.
