Our office is located on Devonshire Square, featuring a mix of open-plan workspace, meeting rooms, and breakout areas. The building also offers amenities including bike storage, locker facilities, and an on-site café.

Hybrid Work Policy
We take a thoughtful approach to our in-person work and are intentional about our time together in the office. Our current policy promotes flexibility and collaboration while being responsive to business needs. We generally ask people to be in the office at least 5 days per month. Our offices are always available for use, employees can choose to go in as frequently as they’d like.
Snacks for days
Our kitchens on every floor of our offices are fully stocked with snacks and drinks, and offer space to brainstorm or take a break.
Fitness programs
Two Sigma provides multiple wellness classes a week, from boot camp to yoga, with digital options for those working remote.
Support for parents
Following parental leave, new parents receive additional paid time off to spend time with their growing families.
