Spencer Traver

Spencer Traver joined Two Sigma in October 2021 and currently serves as Vice President for Two Sigma Real Estate. Mr. Traver is responsible for sourcing, underwriting, executing and asset managing investments and developing relationships with Two Sigma Real Estate’s operating partners. Prior to joining Two Sigma, Mr. Traver served as an Associate on the hotel acquisitions team at Starwood Capital Group. In this role, he was responsible for sourcing, evaluating and executing lodging and gaming investments across North America for Starwood’s various capital vehicles. Prior to that, Mr. Traver served as an Investment Banking Analyst at Bank of America Merrill Lynch. Mr. Traver is a graduate of Brown University.
