Canyon Foot

Canyon Foot is a data scientist at Data Clinic, where he uses his experience in statistics and social science to design rigorous and creative solutions to the challenges our partners face. Before joining Data Clinic, he worked on applying causal inference techniques to problems in addiction epidemiology as a statistical analyst at Oregon Health and Science University. He also has experience in political science research focusing on early voting policies and has worked with organizations including the National Vote at Home Institute and the Civil Rights Division of the Department of Justice. Canyon holds a BA in Mathematics from Reed College. Since moving to New York in 2022, he has become a frequent visitor to the Metropolitan Museum of Art.
