Peter Sala

Peter Sala joined in 2015 to help build and support the financial infrastructure of Sightway Capital. He is responsible for oversight of financial planning & analysis initiatives, investment / performance reporting, and valuation. Previously, Pete worked at The Carlyle Group, where he served as a manager in Global Market Strategies Fund Management. In this role, he led fund management efforts for the distressed debt strategy, and the mezzanine debt strategy. Prior to working at The Carlyle Group, he was an associate in the Private Equity Performance & Valuations group at Blackstone. He previously served as an analyst in Global Wealth Management Finance at Bank of America/Merrill Lynch. Pete holds a B.S. in Finance from Pennsylvania State University’s Smeal College of Business and is a CFA Charterholder.
